* I hereby consent to the transfer of my personal data, including my name, last name, email address and company to which I am affiliated, by Symposium Cracoviense to the companies, organizing satellite symposia and/or organizing exhibit spaces to which I will access during my participation in the EHRS Meeting 2025 in order for such companies to contact me for marketing purposes.
