Payment details

The copy of the registration form including the guidelines for payment will be sent after registration.

  • the active link for the credit card payment - only Visa and MasterCard are accepted using Przelewy24
  • the active link for the online payment using Przelewy24
  • the details of bank account for the bank transfer

Please NOTE: All bank charges should be covered by participant.

The registration will be completed upon receipt of the full payment. If payment is not made within 10 days (not applicable to abstract submitters), the registration will be cancelled automatically.
Payment by the bank transfer will be possible only until May 15, 2025. After this date payment will be possible only by credit card.
The invoice will be issued immediately after receiving the payment and sent by email.
